At OOFOS, we want you to experience the recovery technology to its fullest, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all footwear purchased directly from our site. If you are not completely satisfied with your OOfos, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, regardless of whether they have been worn outdoors.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your OOFOS in their original box or a standard shipping mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
